I really like to reception desk 'greeters". they are the first impression and make a big difference upon arrival. Loving my training sessions with Ryan; all good. Also, the bathrooms are very clean. I am a new member and so far, so good.and

I love fitness factory I recommended it to 6 of my friends and they loved it all! I love that it has two floors and a yard. The only complaint is that in the back by the yard I’m supposedly “not allowed” to go some douche bag personal trainer kicked me out of there and I was only using a bench and there was no one there in the small group training.

I really like the instructors you employ in the Group Fitness Room. You need to stay up on the bathrooms though. Often times no toilet paper and the doors are always broken.

The staff is great. The members are friendly and it is a fun place. How about you spend some money on seats and other parts of the equipment that are cracked or split. Also purchase new mats that are the thick blue kind, and add free weights to the ladies workout room, and water the plants,
