Great gym very friendly workers especially the morning guy Bill always greets everybody in the morning and when I leave he always says have a great day. He's always trying to help everyone and if he doesn't have an answer he gets back to you the next day. He always tries to keep the bathrooms clean and the sauna working. Too bad Bill couldn't work weekends he's a great asset to the gym to bad we couldn't clone him. Everyone that works there behind the counter Bill, Tyler, Vance, Kevin, Chris, Roxanne, Brian, Avi, all deserve a raise they are all hard workers.

The facility is very welcoming. I've seen people of all ages and physical capabilities there working together. There is always someone cleaning, vacuuming, etc. which makes the facility itself very inviting. Even the restrooms are extremely well taken care of. New equipment is always being introduced and they are constantly upgrading. I've never felt pressured to join - there are enough machines and classes that you never feel rushed. There is definitely something for everyone regardless of of where you are in your fitness journey. And if you need help, everyone I've encountered has been more than willing to help with machines, classes or whatever you might need.

It was great that the upstairs locker rooms were renovated. However the upstairs air circulation is in need of improvement. These is a lack of fans snd I don’t think one of the HVAC units work. I’m not looking forward to July and August.
