I like the virtual spin and spin bikes on the floor. I am hoping you will add some new virtual classes to the ipad since there have not been any new releases . I am also hoping you will add more morning spin classes on Thursdays or fridays since there are only 2 now and they are back to back at the beginning of the week only. Thanks

I love everything about this gym. Most importantly the staff! You guys always make me feel as though I’m in a very welcoming environment. Family oriented to a certain degree. Love the machines and some of the new additions made to the gym as well!

I like the equipment, the music, the vibe of people who work and workout there. Totally better atmosphere than other gyms I've been in. I also like the classes, and that they are offered at different times during the day so it works for the members diverse work schedules. Personal trainer (although expensive) has been worth the investment for my health. I've been able to work out.... And not re-injure myself! She knows how to change the exercise to help me gain strength if it starts to hurt in a specific location!!!
