I have been training at FOR for the past two years, and I appreciate the level of professional training and personalized service I receive. The studio is always clean and the equipment is in perfect condition. I have worked with many trainers and each one takes the time to plan and prepare for our sessions. So I find each workout customized to my needs and varied. My primary trainer is always encouraging and helpful when I am setting a new goal or working on overcoming an obstacle. I recently had health issues that were addressed by the staff in a caring, supportive and helpful manner that allowed me to exercise when I physically was able to. I plan on continuing my association with FOR.
Must admit that I felt some trepidation about my first personal training session--I'd never done one before. But Ryan was great. I wanted to find a certified kettlebell trainer and I've done that now. He really knows his stuff and my technique has improved greatly, which is quite empowering. I look forward to starting group classes. Wish I could do more one-on-one sessions but my budget has other plans.
The Move Better class with Denise is great. The class is personalized for the attendees and she relates the exercises we do to how to deal with every day activities - such as how to lift an awkward box.
