All the trainers work to fulfill your individual needs and goals. In particular I have worked with Kat, Julianna, Joe and Josselyn. They are all very professional and excellent at their job. I highly recommend them!
Great trainers, well organized, personal. Trainers are skilled and my work with Justin has helped me gain strength. He's also very creative and has been able to work with and accomdate any limitations I have. Kerri is on top of the system, helpful and communicative about any needs. Thanks.
I love my two primary trainers Aimee and Kady but am also impressed by the deep bench of others who have subbed in at various times (Kat, Aja, Joss, Leigh, Justin). I appreciate how everyone contributes to and reviews my file to adapt my workouts for ongoing challenge and growth while taking care of my specific needs (eg rehabbing an injured knee). And of course, the space for 1 on 1 sessions is great and Kerri is the highly positive and responsive glue that holds it all together!
Every trainer I've worked with at Fitness Together has been knowledgable, dedicated and inspirational. When I've had back, shoulder or hip issues, they've been better than my PT doctor at helping me with functional exercises and stretches. But most importantly, I look forward to my workouts every week. They're always different , challenging, and fun!
I love coming to Fitness Together. I had to cancel several times recently because of illness, but as soon as I was beginning to recover I resumed my sessions, letting my trainer know I needed a moderate workout. I am reluctant to post a review with my full name, so I always decline to do that. But I have talked to plenty of friends about FT and I know of one person who signed up for sessions. There may be others I don't know about. Thanks for what you do!
Great trainers, flexibility. Availability of shower is great. But sometimes there are towels, and sometimes not. I’m ok bringing my own if that’s what you want, but clarity about expectations would help.
