Fitness Together trainers (coaches?, teachers?, motivators?) first ask you the client, and they then design a fitness training strategy designed to achieve your specific goals and objectives. Whether it is cardiovascular, strength, balance, weight management, etc., each trainer will adapt a fitness program to meet your specific needs. And as your objectives change with time (recover from injury, for example?) your trainer will adjust to accommodate.
And the best part: They are all friendly!
Having different trainers brings a great variety to the training. Trainers adjust the work-out to what my body needs/ can do on that particular day and always provide a really good experience and work-out
