The loss of trainers at times that we are available has been hard to take. Given that we are long-term clients, we had hoped for greater flexibility. I've had to go from 3X to 1X per week as a result. Brittany is amazing, as always, which is why she is our preferred trainer, and we were disappointed that her hours changed along with loss of Abby.
The gym is also too small and there is unused and old equipment. The elliptical is not very good, it never has headphones even, and the leg press should be gotten rid of.
We love you guys, but there are improvements needed and I would therefore hesitate to recommend to friends.
ALL of the trainers whom I've worked with are very organized, personable, and knowledgeable enough to tailor each workout session to your needs. I came to FT after going through a few injuries, and the trainers were very good about getting me back on track. I've had no injuries since joining, and my fitness and strength levels are near what they were back in my prime. They won't make it easy on you, and will continue to push you further and harder each day!
All of the trainers are great, and each one is unique, which means that whenever your session/whomever your trainer on any given day, you'll leave invigorated. Workouts are tailored to address your specific needs and interests. Trainers/sessions are never boring and always challenging, yet encouraging. Workouts emphasize aerobics, strength, and flexibility. Who could ask for more?
