I .look forward to my weekly session with my trainer. While exercising with a mack is not my favorite thing to do, I am glad that the FT team is taking all the necessary precautions these days. I do look forward to seeing my trainer's face again and being able to breathe without fogging up my glasses, especially when I am doing floor work on my back. I like that when my body has an "issue" the trainer is able to figure out a work-around. I am so glad that I began my association with the FT family all those years ago.
The trainers have all been skilled, knowledgeable, friendly, interested and helpful, etc., etc., and so on.
Going there has been easy and pleasant and I always come away feeling good about having done it. I have already made some progress and I'm looking forward to more of the same.
The trainers--they're extremely competent and they're friendly, supportive people. Sounds simple but I'm sure it ain't easy to remain affirmative when clients like me don't improve much from week to week.
Having been an active client for over four years including every virtual session during Covid, I can say as good as it was to have the virtual alternative during that time it sure is nice to be back live and in person! The in-person experience has all of the trappings of a great gym experience plus you have someone handing the weights to you and joining you in your workout - one forgets these little perks.
To put icing on the cake, on Monday morning I ran into someone I used to see every Monday morning as I was leaving my workout and she was arriving for her session. It was like seeing an old friend!
