As a way of keeping in shape as I age Fitness Together totally works for me. I feel like Leigh really understands my aging-related limitations and all the things I hope for help with - balance, joint support, and strength are all much improved after 2 years. And Leigh has made it fun! I just lack the self-discipline to exercise on my own but having an appointment and showing up keeps me going with my exercise program. I also really appreciate the advantages of having a trainer working with me. I wouldn't be able to do it on my own.

All the trainers work to fulfill your individual needs and goals. In particular I have worked with Kat, Julianna, Joe and Josselyn. They are all very professional and excellent at their job. I highly recommend them!
