Each workout is personalized to my fitness goals and how my body is feeling that day. Modifications can be made in the moment to focus on a target area or avoid an area that needs extra recovery time.

The trainers and training methods are second to none. As an older person who is trying to get in shape, it is important to recognize injuries and limitations. Sean and crew take the time to make sure all of your work-outs are Safe and effective. Having the one on one interaction with the trainers knowing that, helps to push harder and get stronger. Definitely would recommend highly.
