FT-Arlington is the best training place I've been -- and I've been to a lot. Superb personal training, whether you are new to working out or have been doing your own training for years, Paul and team will find just the right ways to challenge you.
Most of the people have been coming for years, either for small group training or personal training, which tells you something. The atmosphere is always fun and light hearted, and everyone truly looks forward to their sessions.
I have a pretty nice home gym, but I still spend the money to train with Paul a few times a week, because he is always able to introduce me to new ways to challenge myself and my fitness level -- and I love that we can use boxing when I need to mix things up a bit -- most fun I have all week!
If you have been thinking this might be for you -- give it a try. You won't be sorry! Superb team at FT-Arlington!
I like the 1:1. They help me not only physically, but mentally. Their support and encouragement is unyielding. I am over 50 and I need them to give me the "push" to get moving. The trainers listen to my concerns and are able to create routines that are personalized. The trainers are non-judgmental and believe in you. I get the mental support I need from them to help me continue. All I need to do is "show-up" and do what they tell me. I see Matt or Paul. I am so grateful for their patience, knowledge, and encouragement each day. I would not have done any exercise without their support.
I love the workouts at Arlington Fitness! I look forward to my workouts with Sarah. She creates, fun, hard yet energizing workouts. By far she is the best trainer I have had and is really keeping me healthy through this stressful year! The virtual aspect of the workouts works great for me.
I have been a member for about 3 years, and I truly look forward to and enjoy each of my weekly workout sessions, both in person and on Zoom. I have been working with Matt Mackles twice a week and he motivates me to do better/more every session; always making sure that I do each exercise correctly. I have also begun boxing training with Paul, and I love it! It’s a great workout and Paul makes it so much fun! I’m so grateful for all they do to help me stay healthy; always with a smile. Paul, Sarah and the rest of the staff are very friendly and dedicated to helping reach our health and fitness goals in a whole picture way. FT Arlington has implemented all safety protocols for Covid-19 prevention and the facility is sanitized often. I highly recommend FT Arlington!
