We all need extra motivation and encouragment to maintain a fitness routine. Going to FT provides the boost that I need. Paul and staff are awesome and the gym is clean. I've been going for years and can't recommend it enough.
All trainers are very knowledgeable and tailor the workouts to suit the individual. They keep the workouts fun and ensure progress for the individual’s health goals. On top of all these, they are wonderful people!
Each of the trainers I am working with, though they have different approaches, are really good about pushing me to improve without overtaxing me. Lately I've been coming in to the gym one day a week and am on Zoom the other 2 days I train. I am a long-term client and will continue to be for as long as I can. Liz L.

FT Arlington employs a great group of trainers who are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Workout routines are designed for each client’s personal needs. Each and every trainer is professional and very knowledgeable. They have helped me with a speedy recovery from a torn rotator cuff and bone spur surgery!

I have been a FT member since 2012, the year I turned 60. I already was a distance runner/walker but knew I needed "eyes on me" in terms of strength training, balance and heading into my older years with resilience.
FT has gotten me through injuries that required a 1:1 approach to finding ways to continue to workout. Paul and his team are skilled, caring and a joy to work with.
During the pandemic, my small group PACK reconvened on Zoom and never skipped a beat these past 3 years. I am now delighted to be back in the studio whenever I can but rely on the zoom sessions on a weekly basis.
I am extremely grateful to have found FT and look forward to many more years there!
