I love Fitness Together! The program is challenging yet fun, the trainers are super friendly and knowledgeable, and best of all, I see results! My strength and fitness level has improved in every aspect of my life, from carrying heavy things, to running up and down the stairs, to participating in sports at a more intense level than I ever could before. It is a commitment and priority for me that is well worth it. I highly recommend Fitness Back Bay!
What do I like about FT? The environment and culture. The trainers Nate, Courtney and Jason are some of the nicest people I've ever met. If you are worried about a trainer being negative toward you or your body, or a group of intense trainees around you looking like they are getting ready to compete again Arnold Schwarzenegger in the next body building challenge... think again. The trainers are there to build you up, not break you down. The people you work out with become friends and you collectively push each other through solid workouts and good eating habits. A lot of the training is body weight and movement. Its designed that way so individuals can push themselves at their respective paces, therefore, if you go to FT for any reason, you are in the right room. Other trainers, other workout styles, other gym settings may not have worked because you feel you are in the wrong room. At FT, you are ALWAYS and could forever be in the right room working toward your goals. See you at our workout tonight!
