The trainers at Fitness Together push me to my limits, but I always leave there feeling accomplished and proud of what I can do if I set my mind to it. I also appreciate that they correct my form and show me the proper way to exercise so that I do not injure myself or aggravate my previous lower back injury. I am very happy that I made the commitment to start personal training at Fitness Together!
