Instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, friendly, all round nice. The workouts really do the job but are fitted to the individual and because of the interaction with the instructor, they are also fun.
The trainers are very personable, knowledgeable and gave me appropriately challenging workouts. When I told my trainer that my hamstrings were sore from the previous session, he incorporated hamstring stretches into my warm up!
Flexible on schedules -- they try to accommodate clients' schedules.
Training-only practice limits the number of people in the space.
They allow use of cardio equipment for those signed up for training.

Geared toward improving clients' fitness -- to that end they perform assessments at six-month intervals.
Virtual training with Marc twice a week has been excellent. When everything closed due to Covid I had thought of this as temporary until we could return. But it’s almost like having a trainer come to my house, it’s very convenient. Marc knows my strengths and the areas I need to work on and I have continued to improve over the past year. Thank you for continuing with the virtual training program.
They are personal and geared to what I need and want. I haven't been going long enough to speak to results yet but my expectations are high because the workouts challenge me without overwhelming me. They are also learning events that allow me to continue working at home towards the physical strength and health I came to FT seeking.
Also everyone at FT is friendly and knowledgeable and I feel comfortable being there.
Having the same trainer for several years has been very important. I really enjoy working with Rachel. She is very aware of my capabilities and limitations and works hard to design programs specifically for me. As I am rehabilitating my knee, she is working hand-in-hand with my physical therapist.
