The staff is very caring and will accommodate any changes needed. They are upbeat and inspiring. You come as you are, there’s no pressure. I always look forward to my sessions and feel accomplished afterwards. I’ve been to so many gyms and worked with many trainers. Family Fitness Beverly has been the best for my needs.
Tailored exercise regime to what you really need to become physically fit in spite of certain physical limitations.....also a 45 minute session plus 10 minute cardio...feels just about right for twice a week and then more on your own....lots of varity of exercises taught....
Everything. The trainers are all wonderful and bring something different to each training session. They push you within your ability. I’m continues surprised by what I can do.
Fun, personal, knowledgeable, careful, professional! A special atmosphere is created here, we get to learn the mechanics if our body, so we work out intelligently. Each trainer has their own style, and they work great as a team.
Environment is friendly and not intimidating, trainer is knowledgeable and can accommodate for injuries to still enable a good workout, workouts are varied to keep it interesting , has allowed me to stay consistent with workouts and see progress.

I like the support I receive from all the trainers and their competence. They all have different styles, which makes working out a more enjoyable experience.
