I like the fact I work with my trainers on a one on one basis on our own space without any distractions. Also the fact that my trainers watch my progress and work with me to meet my goals.
For me it’s pretty simple. I like the results I am seeing from working with my trainers. Plus the fact we are the only ones training. No distractions or interruptions.
I appreciate the personalized attention to my general needs and not just a one-size fits all workout. Besides my custom workout, the attention can be adjusted to my current aches and pains. (loosen up that stiff shoulder or those tight legs).
I love the 1 on 1 attention that I get at Fitness Together. My workouts are tailored to my goals that I want to achieve and my trainer keeps me accountable every week. The facility is really clean and I look forward to working out in this environment multiple times per week. My trainer is really knowledgeable and has been able to help me when I'm sore, or have a pain, or just want to switch up the types of workouts I'm doing. I feel like I have not only gotten stronger, but I feel much more equipped to do workouts on my own now.
I really enjoy working with the trainers and have seen results through the body analysis’s I have had. I had originally planned to schedule two sessions a week. Then I found one of the trainers so good, I now have three sessions a week.
I love FT South End! Ash is my trainer and he understands my goals, tailors workouts to me, and I feel like I'm already making progress in getting stronger. The studio is great and I like the balance of using equipment, machines, and bodyweight. Highly recommend!
I like the fact that not only is it one on one, but my trainer and I are the only ones using the studio, and that there is an upstairs and downstairs studio.

Take down the multi striped banner in the South End location. The only flag that should be up is the American flag! If you are going to represent one group then you should represent all groups! Where’s the banner representing and supporting me?? It’s not fair!
I enjoy working with my trainers. They are very knowledgeable and answer any questions I have. And I like the fact we do a body analysis every six weeks to track my progress.
