Personal training with Whitney has been very helpful getting my form right also one major thing that I have been trying to change is my food habits. She has guided me about eating right food and getting my food timings right. I like all my sessions, she is very careful about getting the exercise right and avoiding all kinds of injuries. Before any exercise she gives a detail definition about how it will help your body, which I think is the best because that will help me in future. Overall I love the experience at Fintness Together.
The staff and space is incredible. Trainers are focused, and prepared for a targeted workout that is specific to each client. The kindness and friendship shared between the staff makes you feel comfortable and important.
It's the only place I have consistently worked out in my life. Monica and Nick are incredible motivators.
Tyler seems to understand what I can and cannot do so I am pushed but not too much. He does a great job at demonstrating new exercises and giving tips to assist in doing the exercise correctly. He really does a good job explaining the exercise and what it is designed to achieve. He is encourageing in our interactions by telling me the progress I am making at doing certain exercises.
