Knowing all the trainers and having one on one coaching. They work with our schedules in order for us to meet our weekly workout needs. They are also very knowledgeable about nutritional needs. Joining fitness together is one of the neat things I have ever done for myself.
Love how they cater to each individuals need. The trainers take their time to create a workout plan specifically made to reach one’s goals. Each workout is different, challenging and fun. They have pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing and therefore I have reached and maintained my fitness goals!
1) I like the one-on-one personal training offered
2) I like the efforts taken to try and reschedule sessions about the work schedule of myself and other clients. I know it is challenging to do, but I appreciate the time and effort required to do it.
