I love the personal trainers at Fitness Together! They always make adjustments due to my abilities. I also love the privacy areas between trainers. The trainers change the routines often which is a big plus! The gym is always sparkling clean!

The trainers at Fitness Together are professionals who demand nothing but the best form for every movement that’s performed. As a much older than 30 yo woman, it’s monumental to me not to injure my knees etc. so proper form is essential. My trainer adapts my workout when necessary. For example, I hurt my shoulder at home a few months ago. At my next workout I mentioned my shoulder, she assessed it, and changed part of my regimen until I was back to normal. I was still able to have a full workout. The entire program at Fitness Together is very personal. It’s like Cheers! Everyone knows your name. It’s a small business so giving excellent service is very important to them.

The fitness trainers I work with, primarily Tiffany and Erin are top notch. I am not the normal client at fitness together however these two trainers go over and above to help push me to good workouts every time. They are both caring and motivating individuals. Thanks to both of them!

Erin, my trainer, crafts a workout that is perfect for me. She seamlessly adjusts to a different exercise if I am struggling. Her emphasis is not on overdoing but maximizing benefit by properly performing the exercises with correct posture.

Well when I started this program I would have been lucky to walk 10 ft without falling. After starting and getting trainer, I have been to Iceland and walked 4-6 miles every day. I have built up mussel and losing some weight. This facility is run by amazing manager (Erin) and Whitney who is also my trainer. They love you and treat you like family, it’s so nice to know they care. I would said sign up for personal training You will love the trainer’s and the great feeling you get when you get through Nothing is ever the same every time so it’s exciting to look for to going in.
