I like the facts my questions are answered and my suggestions are considered. When I arrive, I'm always asked "How to do you feel today?". I also like that I can talk during my workout. The talking makes the work out go faster.
Without an one on one personal trainer, I would not workout. I would of bought a membership to a gym and not used it past the first week. I would not of known what to do or gotten bored with the same initial workout routine they provide with your membership. My trainer gets to know my strengths and weaknesses and works to challenge me in every area. I've been pushed to do things I never thought I would be able to do when I started working out two years ago. I have a love/hate relationship with my workouts...I may hate some of the things I'm pushed to do but love that I have accomplished it!
