Crystal and her team work hard to create a friendly, inclusive environment to help achieve any fitness goal. My partner and I generally do two training sessions a week together. We have a baby on the way, and throughout this time, Crystal has created fun and challenging training regimens that fit both of our needs. We greatly appreciate the flexibility that Crystal offers with her sessions – we have a young child at daycare that means that sick days happen often (along with travel days for work both of us have). She's accommodating cancellations and reschedules.

The owner Crystal and her staff makes the Cambridge location a '10.' She's extremely knowledgeable and effective as a trainer and will notice small details in my form that come from years of experience and her commitment to excellence. (I've worked with other trainers elsewhere who either didn't notice or care to tweak my form or simply didn't have the knowledge base that Crystal has.) As a business owner, she's responsive and timely in her communications. She has a great and personable staff as well.
Crystal is great at motivation and helping to target the muscles I want to focus on by analyzing my form.
Brendan is a lot of fun and I really like the work he does to prepare some good programs for me.
Nate is also really good at pushing me.

Great trainers. Positive attitude and professional expertise. Scheduling is reliable, prompt and accurate. While the workouts aren’t easy (they shouldn’t be!) everything else about working with Crystal and her crew is easy.
Very friendly trainer and owner. My trainer has helped me improve my overall fitness. I am so much stronger than I was. Results from a recent bone density test also show that my bones are stronger thanks to the weight training that is a big part of all of my sessions.
