I really like the format with packs and private training options. The "by appointment only" format re-enforces accountability and is great for beginners and veterans. The trainers are very good at changing things up and each has their own favorite focus-area and methods.
Kara works with me individually on my nutrition plan best suited for me. If something isn't working , she suggests a different approach. I like the fact that it is my plan and not just the same plan that is supposed to work for everyone. She helps me with my trouble areas and offers suggestions how to counteract them.
