I work with Michele and always find that she goes above and beyond! She creates the best programs for me and is always supportive and encouraging. We spend time balancing and stretching as well as strengthening each session. All of the staff are friendly and professional!

Fitness Together has been a perfect fit for me. Tyler was very thorough in explaining the services and evaluating my baseline abilities. I was paired with Michelle as my personal trainer and she has been fantastic to work with. She is supportive and inventive with modifying workouts and exercises to fit what works for me. FT Cary is simply the best in personal fitness training. Programs are individualized and based on your goals. The trainers are superb, and provide a wide range of ways to reach your fitness targets.
It allows my wife and me to work out together easily and correctly. If we didn't use a trainer we'd almost certainly not be able to get equivalent workouts. The trainers at Fitness Together are very good about keeping the workouts fresh and interesting so boredom isn't an issue. We are both significantly stronger and more fit than we were when we began.
The trainers I’ve worked with are careful to help avoid injury during training, slowly helping me develop balanced strength (pulling-pulling, concentric and eccentric). At age 83, I’m pleased to have worked up to 30 push-ups without stopping. Maybe in a year I’ll be able to do a pull-up, but it would help if I dropped 15 lbs. :-)
One on one coaching makes a huge difference. In the past working out on my own, I pushed too hard and hurt myself or didn't have the motivation to keep working out after a few weeks. Having a personalized plan to work on specific areas and seeing incremental improvements each work out session is really encouraging.
I like the one-on-one attention in a semi-private studio, The trainers I’ve encountered there are all well-schooled and experienced. The by-word there seems to be “functional strength”. They’ve helped me protect an arthritic knee while building muscles in my legs, core, and upper body. I’m 83 and thanks to them probably in the 90 percentiles of strength for everyday living and for surviving falls without injury. This is a 10+ review.
I recently came to FT Cary feeling under the weather. My trainer Michele quickly pivoted from our usual workout and gave me several options for a workout that would help me move. She watched over me carefully and made sure I moved but didn't overdo it. I left tired but happy I had come. I also appreciate the fact that everyone at FT Cary knows my name and goes out of their way to greet me and make me feel welcome!
I like the individual training . I feel Ben as my trainer is passionate about helping people and really enjoys his job. I continue feel stronger as I progress in my training .
