Kaila is amazing! She took the time to get to know me and really work with me. Though my very first session ended in a badly sprained ankle (my own fault for being the clumsy person I am as I was just walking) once I was feeling more up to it, she adjusted the workouts so that I wasn’t hurting my ankle further but was still able to get a sweat. Would 10/10 recommend Fitness Together to anyone in the Chapel Hill area!
