Fitness Together trainers prevent/mitigate injuries, challenge me within and (what I once thought was) beyond my abilities. I've noticed much improved strength and stamina thanks to my personal trainer, and it's just fun! Worth the investment in myself...give it a try.
At this stage of my training I appreciate Thurmond’s knowledge of the body’s response to exercise or movement patterns and his ability to correct my execution. I like the 1-on-1 attention|focus, assessment skills, communication and critical thinking.
