The trainers. Brian showed me (an old, overweight woman with a poor history of working out) how supportive and genuine a trainer could be with his open, nonjudgmental, good-humored intro sessions. Then BJ became my trainer and showed me that the approach was not limited to Brian. BJ was friendly, encouraging, and most important to me, very casually gave me the ability to see myself as someone capable and who belonged in the gym space. Thurmond trains by husband and is an ideal match, smart and easygoing and challenging in the exact way husband wants.. I love working with every trainer there, and get to when they seamlessly cover for each other's necessary absences. I've been with BJ for 2 years now, which blows my mind! And I still enjoy my sessions, am more motivated than ever, stronger than ever, and hope to keep going for a long time.
Feel like I get a good workout every time I go. My trainer is very professional and knows which exercises best fit my needs. I especially appreciate the privacy and personal attention I receive.

I have been a client for about 6 months and have been very pleased with my trainer and the facility. The entire team is friendly and expert at what they do. This is a very friendly and supportive environment. I am in my mid 60's and work full time as a surgeon. I need to work out to be at my peak performance for my work. However, i am busy and had not taken the time for myself and exercise. This program keeps me motivated, has improved my strength and endurance and has been actually fun! My trainer Eric is great and Brian and BJ, the other trainers i have met, seem to be outstanding also
