I like the one on one personalized workouts, and the fact that all the equipment is there for you in your own personalized workout area. The trainers are very personable and helpful. They set everything up for you, tell/show you what to do, and make sure you use the proper form so you don't injure yourself. They track what you do at each workout and every 8 weeks you get evaluated and receive a very detailed comprehensive report that shows your progress over time. When I had various injuries from outside activities, they were able to modify my workouts so I can still stay fit without causing further injury to myself. They're the BEST!
I’ve been going to Fitness Together for three years and I just love it! I’m so much stronger and I actually look forward to going every week. I had major back surgery in 2021 and had put on a bunch of weight but I’ve lost it and then some. I highly recommend them
Love all the trainers at Firness Together! Jason, Mo, Nick, McKenna and Kyle are great and the program switches with new phases every 4-6 weeks so you don't get bored.
I have increased my strength and my flexibility in the 18 months I have been using Fitness Together. I generally do three workouts a week. The workouts are full body workouts which are quite effective.
As I get older it gets harder to stay healthy. I see Fitness Together as an investment in my health. It is not cheap but it is less than what I pay to service my Porsche.

The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging! The one on one experience is perfect for people who are serious about working out safely with the proper equipment to reach their goals.
My possible reservation about recommending someone to fitness together would be based on the trainer they would be working with and availability of a consistent schedule.
