I like the variety of the PACK training. I especially like when the trainer constantly mixes up the routine. I'm losing interest in routines that basically keep repeating the same moves 2 - 3 cycles though. I wish each trainer would include more variety in the workout. Some excel at this, namely Chauncey. I also like it when the trainers are supportive, especially when you have to make modifications or if you are among the "slower" participants. Some trainers may not even be aware of it but they exhibit an unconscious bias towards some clients that are faster or perceived as "more fit." Overall though I'm very pleased with the experience. I just believe enhancements can be made to the workout routines that just require a bit more creativity on the part of the trainers.
