Personally, I would like a copy of my program so that I could do my exercises in my home gym or at the Y another day per week. I can’t really afford to go to Fitness Together 3 times per week but I think weight training 3x per week is optimal. I have trouble remembering everything I should do.

Easy question to answer. The personal and customized attention, the evolution of my training, the friendships developed all these years, and the overall atmosphere. In addition to my trainers, those Clients I see during my morning slots have also become friends.
I am coming up on my 2nd year anniversary with Fitness Together. The service offered here is an intimate fitness experience, my trainer, Geoff works with my physical therapist to customize my workouts to improve my strength and minimize injury recurrence. I have had a few setbacks and through it all I was supported, understood and encouraged.
