I really appreciate the results. I recently had shoulder surgery and have returned to exercise after only 2 1/2 months. I certainly would not have done as well if I had not been in an exercise program before surgery. Of course I totally endorse Fitness Together.

All the trainers at Fitness Together are very knowledgeable and take great care in constructing personalized workouts. They watch your form closely and give targeted instruction that help you train better and avoid injury. Everyone is also extremely friendly! We love the culture at FT. 10/10 recommend!

I love the fact that they have a lazyboy chair that allows me 45 minutes of bliss. Oh, my wife my read this blurb. Seriously, the staff is great, thoughtful, and pushes me appropriately. I am not only starting to move and do some work, I am learning about how to understand my body and progress. Thank you!

The trainers are all very knowledgeable and friendly. They are concerned with doing the exercises properly to get maximum benefit from each workout. They listen and know when to push and when to try something different. They are focusing on the specific issues that I have rather than a one-size-fits-all program. I know this because my husband and I are doing this together and our workouts are very different. They manage the time so well…I’m always surprised at how quickly 45 minutes flies by! I am 69 and my husband is 73 and we would encourage anyone looking to improve their quality of life to give Fitness Together a try!
