I want to work hard and be pushed but I also want my trainer to listen to me if I say that a part of my body is hurting or if I'm feeling nauseous. Again, I think its important to be pushed...that's why I've chosen to work with a personal trainer...to benefit from the expertise and the motivation. However, you do need to also trust a client to listen to their own body.
I'd also like to have some suggestions for stretches I might do that could possibly prevent parts of my body from hurting during and after workouts.
I enjoyed the workout routines provided by both Brett & Erica! They were both wonderful motivators! I only wish that there were payment plans available, or that you could pay per session, as not everyone a afford a monthly plan. I believe that personal training should be available to anyone who really needs help, regardless of their income.
