I came to Fitness Together by the recommendation of a friend. I knew that I needed some kind of strength training…I was tired of waking up stiff. I signed up for training 2x week and it has been magic. All the trainers are terrific with great personalities and have honored my desire to start slow. The studio is clean and I feel welcomed every visit. Thank you.
I love the service. The only thing that would make me hesitate to recommend it is the cost. Particularly since the cost has to be paid up front for months it has a very high point of entry.
I’ve been with my personal trainer for over a year now and we’re still going strong. The trainer has adapted and refreshed my workouts multiple times to keep me on track despite unrelated injuries and life distractions. I’ve also built relationships with all the trainers, not just my primary. My trainer takes excellent notes on my workouts and challenges- the other trainers read these before my session so everyone gives me a great workout. I highly recommend Fitness Together Fairfax.

The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging and friendly. By routinely changing up the workouts after 6 weeks or so, my muscles are constantly adapting and getting stronger.

The trainers are very professional and personable. They craft a workout plan that challenges without being too much, dynamically adapting to strength gains or muscle issues. A leg tendon injury I had when I started training is now gone; I attribute that to the training program I have been following with Kyia. I look forward to more improvements and successes.
The entire team of trainers are so positive, encouraging but will also push you to achieve what they know you can do!!! Meredith is a great leader as well.
