I love the one on one type of workout. I know I am working out correctly and am given the specific work geared for my needs. Each session includes balance, core, some cardio, arm
and leg strength. My trainer knows the specific activities that work for my body and age. It is the only way to workout and get the full benefit for your body.
I like the 1:1 training and that my routine is individualized to me. I appreciate that things can be tailored based on injuries, sore spots and my goals and needs.
Have been going to FT for ten years and feel that it has been a very important part to my health routine. Keeping my body in shape and enabling me to do things that many people my age are not able to do any more. Balance has been a critical part of my routine and I feel it has save me from a few falls during the years. Always feel great after each session. Also, all areas are worked on - upper body, leg strength, core and cardio. The best workout that is available. One-on-one is the best.
