For me? It holds me accountable for coming in and working out with my trainer,Jessica. I am 70 years old, overweight and have diabetes. No motivation. But I had begun to have balance issues and flexibility problems. It's only been 5 weeks (3 days a week) and the Improvement is just amazing. I would never have thought it could happen at my age. They work with me and what I can and can't do. But with a purpose to get to what I can't do. I am very pleased with my experience. And am enjoying my journey. Just wish I had started a few years sooner!

DeAndrae makes exercise enjoyable by creating workouts tailored to my goals, fitness level, and personal preferences. He is consistently supportive and encouraging, which helps keep me motivated.
I like the individual, personalized one on one with the trainer. The location is a set of studios that have mirrored training setups. It’s not 100% private because there are no doors but walls separate the experience. Also, there is never a wait for equipment because the reserved sessions means the room is all mines. I don’t know if I’m seeing results after only 2 weeks. I definitely feel results though and am very pleased with my experience thus far.
My wife and I have been working out here for 6 months and we really appreciate the trainers and their advice. We feel stronger, look better and have better cardio endurance! I highly recommend!
Wonderful trainers, know multiple exercises and they all have their own strengths that can benefit you on your journey. Trainers also keep your limitations and health risks in mind as they build their program around you. They put you first and teach you how to exercise properly and how to push past what you think you can do.
I have changed so much since starting my journey at Fitness Together. I am stronger physically and mentally. The trainers take your personal goals to heart and help you with a plan to achieve them. I love that the time I spend working out is focused and specific to my needs. The FT team encourages me daily and believed in the goals I could accomplish even when I didn't believe them myself. I have surpassed every milestone I had hoped to achieve and I continue to set new personal goals each week. Joining Fitness Together is one of the best things I've ever done for myself and I am healthier and happier than I have been in years.
