Throughout the pandemic, the personal trainers at Fitness Together have kept me going at-home Zoom work-outs. That is now almost a year and a half of "You can do it!" They start each session with "How is your body feeling this morning?" If I mention any particular aches or pains, they immediately start off with exercises to relieve those aches and pains which assures me of moving through my work-out with ease. I miss the human contact of going into the studio where I can talk not only to my trainers but to the others as well, not to mention meeting other clients. However, even though I think it's 50% of people in Massachusetts who have been fully vaccinated, we probably won't be totally clear of the pandemic for many months to come. So I will continue to be meeted, greeted, and treated by my wonderful personal trainers at Fitness Together. And if anyone reading this feels like their body isn't exactly "together" after this long stay-at-home, I recommend that you call Fitness Together and they'll start putting you back together again.
Working out with a personal trainer is the best thing I do for me.
The professionals at Fitness Together in Lexington are fantastic. I work on muscles and parts of my body that I would never do on my own.
I feel stronger and more fit that I have in decades.
And I am far less likely to hurt my back doing everyday activities (and some not so everyday activities in the yard or on the tennis court).
I couldn't be happier.
