Lately I don't feel I get as good of a work out as I did with Edgar. It's usually 10-15 minutes of stretching I could do at home and less variety than there used to be. Edgar mixed up the routine a bit more beyond squats, planks and lunges with boxing, using the bar for assisted pull ups, ropes, etc. He would also get you to go lower on squats, challenge you to do more weights and basically make you really glad when the 45 minutes were over.
I do like Marcus and think he is knowledgable but perhaps afraid to push people. The workouts are not dreaded which is good and bad I think. Ultimately, for the cost, I want to be pushed more than I would push myself at the gym and get results.
They are private , the place is small and clean , trainers are very knowledgeable, friendly and very easy to work with . They are dedicated to all of you when you are there and very aware of any medical issues you might have . They also are great support and keep positive energy at you . I leave there feeling refreshed and feeling stronger .
Your staff is really good at what they do. Starting with Dina all the way down I can't say enough. As for workout, lol Well my glutes, calves, and thighs are burning today and it has been 2 days since workout. Fit Together is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Great place, great people.
