Fitness Together is the TOPS. Initially they really assess you to get a good baseline. Based on that they develop an exercise program for you and constantly reevaluate you for ways to tweak your program to make it continue to work towards you goals. They also reevaluate you every 8 weeks and "juggle" up your program so you don't get bored.
I've had a stroke and they are great adapting to my limitations as needed. They discuss nutrition as appropriate, and pay attention to one's mental state as well. I've been frustrated at times, unrelated to my fitness program, and in tears. They listened and helped me be more realistic about my own expectations.
I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this Lynnfield group. I've made more progress than all the PT I had following my stroke. My husband encourages me to keep going despite the financial cost to us. We both see the difference it makes in me mentally as well as physically. What more could you want from a fitness program?

Everything! Excellent facilities and spectacular trainers who can easily adapt to one’s needs, encourage you to do one more, and are able to objectively demonstrate the improvements one makes. They support one’s emotional health as well as physical health. I’ve learned more here than from many physical therapists! Can’t say enough.
Going to FT regularly is the best way for me to hold myself accountable or my workouts. Gina always has a specific program designed to meet my needs but also adapts when I need to change it up if necessary due to injury or back pain. Thank you!
I’m involved in what we do. Staff are very helpful, encouraging, they individualize your and problems you may have. They show you gains you’ve made so you can see your progress. They increase the difficulty of exercises as you are ready to do so.
I don’t like exercising, but I actually look forward to going here and leave feeling uplifted. Yh y demonstrate. how you’ve made gains.
