The trainers are knowledgeable and encouraging to their clients. They listen to their clients and create programs that will help clients reach their goals. The facilities are always clean and inviting. As a client, it doesn’t matter if you are walking into a gym for the first time or you’ve gone every day for many years. The atmosphere is welcoming and you are made to feel comfortable right where you are from the moment you walk through the doors.

The one on one training experience is very nice and is tailored just for me . My trainer Josh always prepares a variety of activities for my needs . The trainers are professional ,friendly caring individuals. The facility is always clean and well equipped- never crowded. You work
with your trainer in a private room with equipment set up for your appointment.

The trainers are always prepared and ready to go on time. But equally important, they are educated and very knowledgable on all aspects of training . . . when to push, when to back off a little, what's going on in joints, muscles, tendons -- and how to take all that into account when designing individual training programs. I'm very pleased with all aspects of this facility.
Kevin manages the Matthews location so well and he is such a wonderful person and role model for clients. The facility is always clean and in good repair. Workouts are targeted and challenging tailored to the established goals. Most importantly everyone is so friendly!
i love that I can trust these extremely educated and trained people to help me reach my fitness goals. I have some health issues that require modifications and that is no problem for this talented crew. Kevin and Chris at the Matthews location are the very best.
I cannot tell you the difference Fitness Together and all the trainers there have made in my life! I have more energy, better muscle tone, and better balance since becoming a member about 4 years ago. I lost close to 25 pounds over the past two and a half years without dieting. Slowly but surely, but that’s the way to keep it off and focus on being healthier!
