Consistency and some flexibility: I have always been able to stick to a fixed schedule with my trainer, and there has been flexibility if I had to reschedule a session. I need to work with a trainer to keep up with my program, partly to make sure I don't skip sessions, and partly to make sure I'm doing the exercises correctly. And for me the location can't be beat--it's only a mile from my house, so it's a quick trip.
I like the personal attention of the one-on-one workouts and the focus on what is best for me. Also important is the privacy of the workouts--I'm not comparing myself to anyone else.
And, of course, I like the results. I'm stronger and have more energy than ever.
What I like most about Fitness Together in Medford is you don't feel like a number. They take the time to help you meet your goals. Accountability, Nutrition and the work out plans are sustainable which helps keep me focused. The trainers are very friendly and make you feel welcome.
Alex, Ashley, and Jay are great. I take classes at the Medford studio and workout primarily with Alex. Ashley, the owner and leader of the crew, is caring and compassionate about ensuring all clients receive the service possible. Alex is extremely motivating and has a passion for helping her clients achieve maximum results. Safety is the #1 priority. I like that the program is incorporates a variety of exercises. The program combined with healthy eating has helped me to lose over 3% of my BMI in 3 months.
I like the personalized experience Fitness Together provides. The trainers who work there are very friendly and eager to help you reach your fitness goals in any way they can. Having both the exercise and nutrition guidance is ideal. The initial fitness assessment is very in depth, thorough and informative. It's nice that the studio is open late on weekdays, and they work with your schedule. The studio is in a convenient location for me. The studio itself is clean and attractive.
