Work outs are Personalized, these are Motivated trainers that spend the time to understand ones fundamental physical limitations, and to design a work out that is challenging but not something that could cause an injury. As we get older the objective is to use our muscles, strengthen our joint, and preserve our bones. At 60 years old I don't need to cause an injury that takes me out of my work out routine. They get it!

Everyone at Fitness Together is very knowledgeable, and fun to workout with! My 15 year old comes to Fitness Together too and really enjoys her workouts and it helps her stay active and inshape outside of soccer season! Would definitely recommend Fitness Together!
I like that each session is different and the variety of muscle groups being worked. Having a trainer these to show you what to do and make sure each exercise is performed correctly is very important to me.
