Hi Paul- Thanks for taking the time to speak with me last week. I am really glad that you are happy with the results of your training with the team of trainers at our Mercer Island location. And thanks for purchasing more sessions so you can safely move forward towards your health and wellness goals during these stressful and uncertain times.
As I mentioned on the phone, in a service company like ours, the knowledge base of the staff is of utmost importance. In a virtual environment, having staff that can see the nuances of body movement on a screen in 2D (which is different from real life 3D) can make or break a training session. The fact that all of our staff averages over 10 years experience in personal training makes a difference in the results you see.To keep staff with that level of experience requires compensating them in a fashion that keeps them here. Having superior staff is the biggest expense in a service based company.
