I love the one on one training sessions and the personalized workouts. It's great having a trainer who understands you and your goals and who works hard to help motivate you and meet your goals. I love how quickly I see results, and the amazing progress I've made at FT - I never thought I'd be excited about working out or going to a gym but now I can't wait until my FT days every week!
I really like the one on one, it 's always intense. All the trainers have their own styles so workout always differ. I also enjoy the pressure free approach: it's my choice to be there, make it about the client.
