Comprehensive, competent and tailored exercise with a focus on safety I.e. strength, balance, gait and stamina. Andy and Adam are well read training professionals who teach as they train. Adults, who learn best by observation, will appreciate their patient but progressive style moving you to achieve realistic goals and inspiring you to exercise independently and safely. As a long-term Type 1 diabetic, I have experienced marked improvement in glycemic control and overall health. Most important, I’ve learned to manage peripheral neuropathy symptoms minimizing my risk of falling, tripping and stumbling. Strongly recommended for those people who know they need help but are reluctant to start.

Andy & Adam are the best! They are fun to work with, they work me just hard enough to keep me coming back but not so hard that I hate them. They have lots of ideas to keep me from getting bored and they are always aware of proper positions so I don't hurt myself. I highly recommend them!

I am a 66 year old who has struggled with insulin dependent diabetes for nearly 48 years. Notwithstanding optimal glycemic control, I suffer from moderately severe peripheral neuropathy negatively affecting my balance, gait and flexibility. Andy and Adam have guided me on a carefully tailored exercise regimen which has improved my balance, increased both leg and upper body strength, and improved my overall physical stamina. They set reasonable goals and use a variety of exercises and therapies. Body is getting stronger has each week passes. Was in horrible shape when I started and moving was painful at times especially from getting from a sitting to standing position. Now after a few months I am moving with ease and my aches have gone. I plan on continuing for as long as I am able.

Adam and Andy are legends!!! They’re the best personal trainers by far. I have been training with them since 2018 and have gotten consistently stronger and fitter since then. I’ve lost almost 40lbs over that time. All in all, I cannot rate them highly enough.
