Adam and Andy are legends!!! They’re the best personal trainers by far. I have been training with them since 2018 and have gotten consistently stronger and fitter since then. I’ve lost almost 40lbs over that time. All in all, I cannot rate them highly enough.
Very professional and personalized physical training with an emphasis on progressive improvement in balance, core muscle strength, posture and flexibility. Trainers are highly skilled at identifying and addressing problem areas and pain triggers. Very sociable, positive and empathetic. I strongly recommend both Andy and Adam to anyone hesitant about starting structured training or frustrated by past experiences.
There's nothing NOT to like!! Andy, Adam and Bud are amazing. They're the reason that working out is a key part of my lifestyle. I've gone from not working out to working out 5 days a week - and it's all because of FT Natick!!

Trainers continuously tailor workouts to meet me where I am physically. They push me appropriately to build my strength, balance, and stamina while listening to my various "old man" complaints, adapting movements to avoid risking injury. Also, their commitment to keeping studio safe and clean has me 100% confident being there for in-person training.
Like everything about it! Feel like I'm being spoiled! All of my experience has been in a Covid environment. I am anxious to see how FT will evolve - when restrictions are lifted and there are more customers returning or signing up. Also, anxiously awaiting the renovations to get a sense of the new look and feel.
I just love Andy and Adam. They are very knowledgeable about how to work all the parts of the body, they have a vast array of exercises they use to keep me from being bored, and if ever something hurts, they know another way to work that part of the body without hurting it. I would never be able to keep myself on an exercise regimen on my own, but knowing I have an appointment with one of them is just what I need to stay on track. I also love that during the pandemic I can work out from the safety of my home with them on Zoom.
The FT Team, quality of training, and schedule flexibility have been excellent! Over the years, they've consistently taken me from where I am to a better level, whether training for a marathon or simply trying to lose weight and maintain general fitness.
