You tailor the exercises to the client and make even very tiny corrections to form and stop the exercise or change something when form starts to go. I feel fantastic. You push me just enough but not too far too fast. I am regaining balance and building muscles and strength. I LOVE coming to PT at FT! It's FUN!
I like the total approach.I like the fact they are very patient with me due to my schedule.You have been extremely flexible which I really appreciate.I am hoping in the near future I can get to the point where I can do 2 appointments a week so I can get the results I know I can achieve
Could be better:
- continuity between trainers with regard to client's current program focus and ability level, especially with regard to using weights and resistance; one or two trainers I have had seem to find it difficult to adapt exercises on the spot to adjust for ability, muscle weakness, injury, etc. in the way that Hope does quite easily
- full explanation at the start of how FT monthly billing process means client must take action to promptly book make-up sessions; notifying FT in advance regarding conflicts, vacations, etc. is important but not sufficient
- ability to schedule appointments using an online calendar (if possible)
