Professional ,feels great... everyone takes your goals and works with you towards them.

As a past client of Fitness Together Newburyport I was provided with exceptional personal training sessions designed specially with my physical limitations in mind. The highly qualified trainers and their commitment to improved fitness for their clients makes Fitness Together Newburyport my only place to go for improved fitness. You guys have really adapted well to the current situation. Thanks for making that happen quickly. Working out with a trainer, and not just by yourself, is especially important right now to keep spirits up.

It’s just great. People, space, convenience. And they know what they are doing.

My experience has been awesome. I started 1 year ago and have enjoyed my workouts. I feel you got to know me a little before the workouts to get a good understanding why I was there. And the trainers continually monitored my progress and always asked me questions to put together the best plan moving forward. The trainers are great. They are enthusiastic, knowledgeable, empathetic, good listeners and good at putting together productive, creative and doable programs for someone my age 58 and compromised in some areas. I like that there are always different exercises, The trainers are great and they adjust the exercises if you have an injury or want to work on a special area. I just went skiing for 6 days straight and felt strong even on day 6!

The progression and variety of the exercises

Any concerns you bring forward are immediately addressed. Very responsive to client needs.

Trainers are all friendly and motivating, ask for feedback on how you are feeling and whether the weights/exercise are appropriate. They listen and make adjustments if required. I like having different trainers, rather than the same one every time. Sessions start and end at specified times.

Each trainer is attentive to me in detail. They modify my training if needed at each session. They easily note my limitations and work with me. It’s truly a personal trainer workout. After years of being a couch potato with massive weight gain, becoming off balance and developing a weak core I already feel stronger and move better. I’m so glad I joined!!

Love the atmosphere, professional trainers with excellent knowledge of a variety of exercise techniques. In my time I have never repeated an exercise plan. They listen to my issues and adjust accordingly. More than anything, the results have been outstanding. Thanks-I recommend this group to anyone.

Start on time. If people are late they will have to catch up. The trainers could explain more quickly so that we can get to the third set of exercises. That used to happen all the time now its rare to get to the third set of exercises. Trainers could use time more efficiently

Although I do have a local gym membership, I have never been one who regularly goes to the gym or ever enjoys working out. I have tried group classes, but the focus was on the group and not the individual needs of the students. I have been a member for almost 3 months and am happy with my results. One of the things I like best about FT is the opportunity to work with many different personal trainers. Each session focuses on needed areas of improvement as a result of periodic fitness assessments. They also ask me what my personal fitness goals are and we work on those as well. I now look forward to working out!
