I am always amazed by the FT trainers' abilities to completely modify specific exercises or even entire sessions based on a client's feedback in the moment. The trainers listen to their clients and have the knowledge and compassion to adjust a session at any time to help each client on their very unique journey to health and wellbeing.
I like that my trainer, Mike, personalizes and tailors every workout based on my goals, my physical condition and previous injuries which affect what I'm capable of doing. My trainer also gives my tips and workouts that I can do at home on the days that I'm not with him. I like that every workout is different. I also like that my trainer actually cares about and is interested in me as a person. My trainer actually went out of his way to talk to my orthopedic doctor to get additional information on my arthritis in my hips. I've had other trainers in the past but none of them took the time to get to know my physical and medical history to create a program which safely and effectively gets me in shape and helps strengthen my body as well as helps me to gain greater flexibility.
