Fitness Together has been life changing for us. Supervised resistance training has reminded us how important it is to restore and maintain our muscles for better living particularly as we age. As well, regular stretching improves our daily movements. We are committed to workouts at Fitness Together, especially our trainer Dalton who encourages and supervises our twice weekly workouts.
