The best part of being a client of fitness together is that you are more than just a client. Your personal goals are valued and worked within a plan that is achievable. When success is made, it is celebrated, however small, it is a series of small steps to reach larger goals. You are in essence only competing with yourself and striving for a little more every time, and fitness together is right by your side cheering you on. Always challenged, ever-changing, forever motivated to keep going in the right direction and never giving up. I travel from 1/2 hour away to go to this Fitness Together because of the wonderful staff they have. Everyone that trains you is very experienced and knowledgeable. I was recommended to this fitness center by a friend because of the people that work here. They are always attentive to what you can do and where you are at in the process of your training. The clients too, are easy to be with because everyone knows they are there for there own reasons and respect how hard you are working to achieve your individual goals. I've never been a "big box" gym person and this atmosphere makes it feel so personal that I always love to get up in the morning and get my training in for the day. They also help with diet and stretches for a "whole person" approach, which also includes personal goals and strategies to help with psychological issues that sometimes hold us back from continuing to strive forward. This is the best thing I've ever done for myself and since I have just retired from teaching, it gives me structure and purpose to begin my days. I love feeling stronger and taking care of my body in a healthy and fit way.
Everyone at FT is great! Their ability to be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of their clients. Having a can-do attitude toward each client to make them feel as confident as possible in achieving their goals.
