The workouts are tailored to your needs, goals and current abilities. I feel like my trainer, Stephen, always listens to me and creates interesting workouts that build on my goals. He also offers ideas for workouts in between our sessions to further my progress. It’s the best thing I do for myself.

Hello -- Kerri, Vinny, Aimee and Stephanie have all been kind, informative, helpful, and skilled at directing an exercise program for me. When I first signed up on March 20, my goal was to get in shape for a total knee replacement on April 23. However, on April 8, I fell on steps and dislocated my right shoulder, fracturing my scapula. My knee replacement has been postponed to June 11, and I am actively working with physical therapists to strengthen my shoulder. After one session with Aimee on April 22, I realized that I should wait to finish my commitment to Fitness Together until my knew is recovered enough -- possibly some time in late July?

Jenn is great. Her knowledge is vast. She can plan a session but then shift depending on how I am that day and what I want to focus on. She has helped me through one injury and a wrist operation while protecting the injuries. She is fun and very encouraging. Thanks, Jenn.
I love working out with Aimee. There is plenty of equipment available. She is very creative. She knows how to push me but keep things reasonable so I don't get discouraged, I remain motivated. Best thing I've done for myself in a long time.

Money well spent. As we age it is important to make sure we do as much to strengthen our body and core. FT does it in a personal way- tailoring it to fit your needs without fear of injury.
I like how strong I’ve gotten. I like how I look, and feel; and I like the feeling of accomplishment that has come with those things. I’m proud of myself and it’s given me more confidence in not just my appearance but in every area of my life. My trainer has been a HUGE part of that. He believed in me before I believed in myself. He challenged me. He set goals for me and was excited for me when I exceeded them. He makes lifting big weights fun to the point where I’m actually excited to come in and do it. I’m so grateful to him and to FT for changing my life for the better.
