The personal trainer challenges you more than a regular physical therapist would do. He's also good at figuring out how to adapt exercises in a way that I can do them. I also like that I'm not inside a big huge gym in front of 32 other people watching everything I do.

Kerry McLaughlin and the other trainers are the reason why myself and others come to Fitness Together for our health and well-being. Kerry is my trainer and he is professional, competent and goes above and beyond to help me stay healthy and improve. They are the best and make exercise enjoyable. I love fitness together because I feel comfortable when I go there. It’s a small gym and I am not intimidated when I walk in the door; like I feel at a larger gym. They have wonderful personal trainers who take the time to get to know each client. It’s like a family. I would highly recommended Fitness Together and Skyler who is my personal trainer!!
