The one-on-one attention at Fitness Together has made all the difference for me. I've gone from being sedentary to working out consistently 3 days per week - losing weight (but keeping muscle mass), lifting heavy, and gaining confidence. I'm healthier than I've ever been before, in my mid-50's!
Having a team of certified trainers who get to know you, your workout goals and your limitations is great for those of us who need the motivation and guidance this model brings. Have been a client for about 2 years and find management and the staff to be dedicated to making your experience a good one. They customize your workout to help you stay invested in meeting your goals. I've never stuck with a strength training program this long so hats off to the Portsmouth NH crew!
The people who work there are great. I have been working out with Garret and Luke, they are great trainers and will push you to do your best. I also really like they way they show you the proper form for the exercises.

I like the total body workout but wouldn't mind mixing it up with a targeted workout focusing on a specific area (like a leg focus or arm focus while not exclusively just arms or just legs,)
