The team will individualize your plan to help with weight and strength while bringing a schedule and accountability to your goals.
Attentive instructors who help you with each exercise to maintain the proper position for each exercise, who help you count and give you feedback and encouragement. It is partnership with your instructor because they need to know if the routine is working to expectations.
While my initial fitness assessment was a humbling experience, the staff at Fitness Together was great. They used my current status to create a personalized fitness plan that helps me increase my mobility, strength, and endurance - designed to help me reach my goals.! This is not class, this is a one-to-one session that targets my needs. I would highly recommend this over joining a class, group setting, or going to the gym.
The personal attention and approach. It’s been very helpful to my physical (and mental) well being to work with someone who is not just going through the motions, but really listens and cares about what my body needs and how that can change with each session. I will (and do) highly recommend!
The sessions are great and don't get boring doing the same exercises day in and day out. The trainers are also able to switch things up on the fly if you're working through an injury or area that isn't feeling quite right on any given day. The flexibility and experience have been great!
My husband and I do this together and we like the personalized touch that we get at Fitness Together. Everyone of the trainers is just excellent and committed to helping us maintain fitness. It is simply the best.
