I like the individual training. When I have someone there telling me the exercises to do, I will do them. I'll grunt and pull my way through them. Without them, when I'm on my own, I kinda put in the minimal effort.
Things I love:
The atmosphere in the gym is very relaxed and inviting.
The one-on-one attention is very important for me becuase it allows me to excercise without the fear of hurting myself.
Everyone in the gym is very encouraging.
The only reason I hesitate is becuase it is expensive and not something everyone can afford.
I'm not sure you can with your model. Several people have approached me ('cause I look fit), but they don't have the sort of resources that will allow them to make you guys even their one big self-care indulgence. Given the personal attention, which is what I feel is critical to me not getting injured, I don't see my sorts of colleagues/friends being able to access your excellent services.
