I found Fitness Together when I was researching on the web to look for personal training options for me and my friends. Greg and his team immediately called me back and worked out a plan that worked for us. We have been training with Eric and sometimes with Jake and it has been a great experience. Both of them are amazing to work with, listen to our feedback and really make the workouts challenging and fun at the same time. Since then we have recommended this team to a few of our friends who have subsequently joined and really happy with the outcomes. I have several joint issues, and since Greg is also a physical therapist, he can address what I should and should not do. The workouts are varied so I don’t get bored.
I like the setup of the studio in that we are working out one to one without other clients in the same area. I am getting undivided attention. I feel secure knowing I won’t get injured as Greg is always checking in with me. This is a safe, secure environment.
Working out with Jared has made a huge difference in my balance, strength and mobility. He challenges me to improve every session and is focused on exercises that help me stay agile and feeling good!

Rancho Bernardo Fitness Together provides individualized training that is accomplished through great trainers. Laura, my current trainer, is one of most knowledgeable trainers I've worked with since beginning my fitness journey several years ago on the East Coast. She has good communication skills and is fun to work with.
