I really like the personal fitness plan and goals for each individual. After a recent bone density scan, I was diagnosed with osteopenia. One of the recommendations was a strength training program. After about one month, I am stronger, have greater balance, and feel great. The investment in my health for my future years is well worth it.

My trainer Nick is awesome. He constantly tweaks my weekly regimen to meet my goals and needs. He is very professional and competent I recently finished my first year with FT, and am enjoying the fruits of my labor. I'm looking forward to another year!

I love how the trainers are have the workout ready when I arrive. They are always good workouts that get at all the muscle groups. The trainers ensure I am doing the exercises correctly and I feel great after each workout. Highly recommend FT to anyone who is series about getting in shape and staying that way.
