The staff is very friendly and approachable. They always have new things for me to do so it doesn’t get boring. They tweak my form and push me to work harder. I like having my set times so I can put them in my calendar and even on days that I don’t want to workout I go because I know that Dawn is waiting for me and put in the time to organize a workout for me.
The individual and specialized exercise sessions are wonderful.
Coaches make you feel comfortable with the exercise and will modify accordingly as well.
The reasoning of every exercise and which muscle group it acts upon is very informative.

I started at FT in the beginning of September and have had a wonderful experience! The gym is so clean with small amenities like bottled water, Powerade, snacks, and scented towels (which are refrigerated and my fav after a workout). The staff are very kind, skilled and, accommodating.
I like how the program is tailored to my goals as well as being able to track my progress in meeting those goals. The exercises are different each week but are based on achieving my goals.
Diane is great and has been so helpful in getting me started on my fitness journey! She's patient and thoughtful in her recommendations and it's always fun to chat while working out.
Workouts are always varied and targeted to my goals. My personal trainer is very knowledgeable and ensures I am doing the exercises properly. She is also very personable and a pleasure to work with.
