I have been a client of Fitness Together for many years. It's the only fitness program I've been able to stick with. No matter what interruptions have occurred (illness, business travel, vacations), I've been able to consistently show up to work out as well as work out on my own for about 7-8 years. This is due to the strong commitment of the FT trainers to help keep me on track and motivated.
I'm not sure this is the right thing for me personally.
I was hoping to see some progress in the 5 or 6 weeks since joining but my weight has stayed the same. I was realistic going in thinking maybe a 10 lbs loss in 12 weeks but would have been happy with 5!
At this point I probably would have seen the same progress just sticking to my weight watchers program.
I should have thought this through a bit more because you not being open mid day is unfortunate because that is when I could have used the cardio equipment more.
My overall experience with Shaina and the rest if the staff has been positive. Everyone is very nice and supportive.
So, it's not that I feel your program is bad it's just not working for me so far ( I still have 5 or 6 weeks left?) I would encourage people to try it but caution them also because of the reward to price ratio.
