I love the personal attention focused in making sure I am properly executing the exercise. My workouts are focused on strengthing all critical muscles. Focusing on excercises that improve my balance and mobility.
The trainers document my progress to be shared with each other to improve my experience.
I LOVE Fitness Together. Have been going there for years. My trainers are all excellent. Best of all, they know me. So if I say “I can’t do this” I usually get a “yes you can” or some kind of adjustment. Recently while birdwatching and standing in one spot for a long time, my lower back started to hurt. So I grabbed a nearby tree and did an exercise that Chloe taught me. And even with others around. I grabbed a pine tree. The exercise relieved a lot of the ache. I’m grateful for all the tricks I’ve learned. My stamina is great. My trainers are firm but kind. I have lots of fun there even with the exercises I don’t like-assault bike and ropes.
I really enjoy how much each trainer really cares. Everyone is there to help you with your personal goals, and works with you based on where you are currently. No pushing too hard, making sure you're taking regular water breaks, etc. I feel right at home, despite not having a vast background in working out. I would recommend them to anyone.
I've found Fitness Together Timonium to be very helpful. My training has been slow and steady and I'm seeing real progress as a result. The group listens to your goals and works with you to achieve them.
