The one on one session between trainer and client allows for health issues to be addressed with follow through and strength training.
The setting is professional as well as cordial and friends are easily made. The studio provides an environment of success and motivation.

The exercises are tailored towards my specific needs. If I have an injury, or am working at coming back from an injury, my program can be adjusted to accommodate me. All of the fitness coaches are very knowledgeable and are always willing to answer any questions you have either about your program or nutrition.
I like the variety of my workout routines. I like that they change every 6 weeks, keeping me from getting bored. I like that the trainers continue to challenge me both physically and mentally to help me reach my goals. I am grateful for the advice I get from each trainer on exercise but also with diet...each one's advice a little different from each other, but pieced together is all very helpful. I like that my fit coach has been where I am now, in terms of the challenges with diet and getting in shape...it helps to know there is someone who can relate in helping me, which makes it all less intimidating.
