I have really enjoyed working out with Dan. I had been away for 6 weeks. When I returned he adjusted the difficulty of the sessions to reflect my time away. Over the past several weeks he has built back the sessions to reflect my time back.
He is an excellent trainer and really understands both the opportunities for helping me reach my goals, but also my limitations.
I highly recommend Dan as a trainer.
My trainer at FT is very skilled, creative, flexible, and responsive to my needs. Over 14 years, as I have aged, dealt with injuries and changes in energy level, traveled, etc., my exercise program has adjusted to accommodate, strengthen me, and improve my fitness. FT has been a really important part of my "use it or lose it" approach to aging actively.
I love that each session is different, but builds on previous sessions. I also love that Dan makes real-time modifications to his plan if I come in sore or to individual exercises depending on how easy or challenging they are. I’m finally finding the motivation I’ve been looking for for so many years through these sessions!

It was very helpful to have some flexibility regarding a couple of reschedule needs.
I have been training toward a specific goal that will qualify me for a career that I am aspiring to get into. Dan is awesome, he comes up with specific programs that are geared toward reaching that goal. He is knowledgeable and has been able to change the program on a few sessions to help me work around a few setbacks that I had. I highly recommend.
