Really like the personal approach at Fitness Together studio in Sudbury, working with Justin for the past months becomes an awesome routing I'm looking forward towards, it's nice to have a trusted personal trainer and always knowing that he will challenge you enough but also care about your wellbeing and long-term success. Huge kudos to owners Dawn and Josh for aligning me perfectly with Justin, and many thanks to all for adjusting to mine irregular schedule that forces me to be out of town quite often but still making time to get on these awesome sessions to achieve my personal fitness goals.
Trainers are friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. The 1:1 nature of the sessions is great. Enough proper equipment and knowledge of how to most efficiently do exercises to advance fitness goals.
The focus on my particular needs is the true strength of FT. Dan is very responsive to my needs and concerns and has designed programs focused on things I never thought much about, such as balance in conjunction with overall strength training.
Hours are too limited. It would be great to have online scheduling-as there have been a few mixups. Would love the ability to come and do cardio between sessions but I don’t know how encouraged that is.
I have really enjoyed working out with Dan. I had been away for 6 weeks. When I returned he adjusted the difficulty of the sessions to reflect my time away. Over the past several weeks he has built back the sessions to reflect my time back.
He is an excellent trainer and really understands both the opportunities for helping me reach my goals, but also my limitations.
I highly recommend Dan as a trainer.
My trainer at FT is very skilled, creative, flexible, and responsive to my needs. Over 14 years, as I have aged, dealt with injuries and changes in energy level, traveled, etc., my exercise program has adjusted to accommodate, strengthen me, and improve my fitness. FT has been a really important part of my "use it or lose it" approach to aging actively.
I love that each session is different, but builds on previous sessions. I also love that Dan makes real-time modifications to his plan if I come in sore or to individual exercises depending on how easy or challenging they are. I’m finally finding the motivation I’ve been looking for for so many years through these sessions!
