I have been working out at FT in Wayland for over over ten years. My trainer is very knowledgable and knows how to keep it fresh and to push me just beyond what I think I'm capable of doing. FT has helped me control my weight, stay flexible, come back from injuries and illnesses, and minimize the aches and pains of aging. I have appreciated how accommodating the staff have been about vacations, schedule irregularities, etc., always trying to find a way to keep up with my workouts. I feel very comfortable and accepted there, never pushed to live up to some fitness idea, but rather, to set and meet my own goals.
