I am 70+ who have had lower back problems for years to the point that I have to turn very slowly and careful to get out of bed in the morning. I had to go to the chiropractor every week for back adjustments. The adjustments fixed my pain temporally but do not solve the underlying problem. Some times my knee and shoulders feel painful after gardening and house working too. My trainer D J from Westborough FT is very good in fixing problems related to joints pains. Through stretching exercises and muscle training I am now no longer going to chiropractor and I can twist and turn without any pain. Most of my shoulder or knees pain go away while still in my training session. So I highly recommend this FT.
At FT it is one on one based on individual's needs. I get the trainer's full attention while doing the training. Any improper shape or movements during the workout are promptly corrected and making sure I am doing it correctly. This is so important because training if not doing it properly could easily hurt joints or other body parts. For me it is a mix yoga and muscle building for flexibility and strength which are what I need.
I have been a client at FT Westborough for a long time and they have done a really good job of finding the nicest and most knowledgable trainers in the business. They really work with you to get the best out of you all the while having fun. It's the best 45 minutes of my day.
I feel like this is the best place to work out as each workout is tailored to your needs. All the trainers are very nice and the management is superb and very caring. They meet you where you're at especially if you have injuries or any workarounds that you are concerned about. I have been going here for many years and loved it.
