Staff is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. The one on one is excellent. They developed a plan for what I was looking to improve for my goal. Each instructor will show you exactly each exercise to be performed and will correct me if I’m doing it wrong. The encouragement I received from each instructed is excellent!
